Olej je v puse dobr\u00e9 protahovat mezi zuby a r\u016fzn\u011b si s n\u00edm pohr\u00e1vat. V\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1m\u011br je, aby na sebe olej nav\u00e1zal toxiny, kter\u00e9 se v \u00fastech vytvo\u0159\u00ed b\u011bhem sp\u00e1nku a z\u00e1rove\u0148 remineralizoval (obnovil) sklovinu.
